盲人文件

指盲人所用印有點痕或凸出字樣，交寄時在封面註明「盲人文件」字樣之文件。另專供盲人使用之錄音帶、錄音片、錄音線及特製紙張，係發自或寄交立案之盲人學校者，視同盲人文件。
