正式承兌

係指在匯票正面記載承兌字樣，由付款人簽名之承兌而言。所謂承兌字樣，即於匯票正面記載「兌付」或「照付」或「照票面金額支付」等字樣是。惟承兌僅有一次，與背書得多次為之不同，故以於匯票正面為之為限。
