略式承兌

係指僅由付款人在匯票正面簽名，不記載任何文義之承兌而言。付款人即在匯票正面簽名，不論其簽名是否有承兌之意思，均視為承兌。此所以限於票面簽名者，為免與空白背書相混故也。
