票據預約

票據預約係指當事人於授受票據前，針對票據之內容（如票據種類、金額、付款地等等）所為之約定。

票據上之權利義務關係並非基於票據預約而產生，而係基於票據行為，若當事人並未依照票據預約內容而為票據行為，僅得依民法上債務不履行責任主張之。
