再審事件

對於已確定的判決或裁定，如果有行政訴訟法第273條、第274條規定的再審事由（如適用法規顯有錯誤等），當事人可以請求法院重為審判，以廢棄或變更原來已確定的判決或裁定。這個更為審判的案件就是再審事件。
