專用漁業權

指利用一定水域，形成漁場，供入漁權（在專業漁業權之範圍內經營漁業之權）人入漁，以經營下列漁業之權：

  1. 採捕水產動植物之漁業；
  2. 養殖水產動植物之漁業；
  3. 以固定漁具在水深25公尺以內，採捕水產動物之漁業。
