職業團體

職業團體係以協調同業關係，增進共同利益，促進社會經濟建設為目的，由同一行業之單位，團體或同一職業之從業人員組成之團體。如勞工團體、農民團體等。

根據人民團體法，職業團體以其組織區域內從事各該行職業者為會員。職業團體不得拒絕具有會員資格者入會。
