註期匯票

見票後定期付款匯票，係自匯票承兌日起算一定期間後的某一特定期日為到期日，因此未經承兌，即無法確定到期日，故原則上應依《票據法》第45條規定，自發票日起6個月內為承兌之提示，但發票人得以特約縮短或延長之，延長之期限不得逾6個月。
