容積率

指的是總樓層建築面積和建築基地面積的比率，白話來說就是，在一塊土地上，能夠蓋多少層樓；該計算基準在三維空間(3D)上，因此歸為立體管制。

計算

  • 容積率 = 總樓層面積 ÷ 基地面積
  • 總樓層面積 = 基地面積 × 容積率
