寄送商品費用

依經濟部公告「零售業等網路交易定型化契約應記載事項」第9點「運費」規定：

企業經營者應記載寄送商品運費之計價及負擔方式；如未記載，視同運費由企業經營者負擔

依上開規定，業者在網路銷售商品，可彈性規劃寄送商品給消費者之費用負擔方式，即寄送費用可約定由業者或消費者負擔。
