直接反致

(Renvoi in First Degree or Remission)

直接反致又稱「一等反致」或「單純反致」，指涉外的法律關係，依法庭地法的國際私法規定，應適用特定外國之法律，但依該外國的法律的國際私法規定，又必須依法庭地法解決。
