部分工時勞工

指所定工作時間，較該事業單位內之全部時間工作勞工（全時勞工）工作時間有相當程度縮短之勞工，其縮短之時數，由勞雇雙方協商議定之。

例如 公司每週輪派到工2次，每次4小時，時薪176元。
