就地訊問

檢察官於偵查中訊問被告或證人，或法院於審判中訊問證人，原則上應該在檢察署或法院進行，不過，因應被告或證人不能到場或有其他必要情形。

例如，被告或證人病重臥床，可以到被告或證人的所在地進行訊問，稱之就地訊問。
