代位受領

債務人怠於行使其權利時，債權人為保全其債權，以自己的名義行使債務人的權利（民法第242條）。也就是債權人可以代位債務人對債務人其他的債務人（即第三債務人）起訴，並請求第三債務人直接對自己給付。
