吊扣

「吊扣」，以駕駛執照為例，係指當事人因違反行政法之義務，經主管機關扣住駕照，等扣留期限屆滿始能領回。

道路交通管理處罰條例 第23條

汽車駕駛人，有下列情形之一者，吊扣其駕駛執照三個月：

  1. 將駕駛執照借供他人駕車。
  2. 允許無駕駛執照之人，駕駛其車輛。
