責付

責付是指有羈押原因，但沒有羈押的必要，法院指定某個人或機關（轄區內尊長親友或其他有正當職業的人）看管被告，並督促被告依法院傳喚準時到庭接受審判。

受責付之人應出具證書，載明如經傳喚，應令被告隨時到場。
